“I have to say the staff are absolutely fantastic with my girl, since she’s been attending hidden garden, the observation updates about every session is a very lovely touch… she has developed so much speech wise and her willingness to learn is amazing… Abigail the manager is great too! Very supportive and has given me time to listen about my hard times iv experienced recently and she’s been so supportive. There really are not enough stars to give this place…. The only issue iv encountered is the amount of illnesses my girl has had since starting in February, I understand that germs are rife in a environment with children and germs, it’s also very costly to parents when children can’t attend paid for spaces and parents have to have time of for this too, I’m not sure how this can be improved and I’m not sure what the cleaning schedule is for toys and equipment, I do feel this needs to be looked into as a preventative measure taken to reduce sickness levels? I love it here and it’s a good choice for my girl, but the amount she’s poorly is a bit concerning 🙈”

All the team at Hidden Garden supported her to settle in really quickly and have been great ever since.
